LT-250/375/400 Big Batch Cryotron Cryogenic Processor

The LT 250 is a real Journeyman. Its fuel efficiency, easy loading, and large payload capacity make it the ideal unit for most processing requirements. Extra-large payload capacity to accommodate engine blocks, long blades, and other bulky items. Designed for efficiency, these units' liquid nitrogen consumption for a full 70 hour run (with 2,000 lbs. payload) is a stingy 900 liters at ambient 70F. The LT 375 is 6" lower than the LT 400, but all other dimensions remain the same. These machines are capable of achieving and sustaining liquid nitrogen temperatures (lower than -196°C (-321°F).

16-gauge (1.5875mm) exterior

Heavy, durable, powder-coated 16 gauge steel, will last as long as you need it to!

HMI controlled

Color touchscreen HMI that allows you to be in control. You have full control over what your machine does. From temperatures, ramp rates, and hold times, you are in control. No smoke and mirrors, and no "proprietary formulas" to keep you from knowing what's happening to your parts. We will also provide you with recipes for each material you require.

Safety features

From a magnetic lock that locks while the machine is in use, or at dangerous temperatures, to a limit switch that shuts the entire machine down should the lid be opened. Optional E-stop, warnings lights and alarms can also be integrated into any machine.

1/8" Stainless Steel inner-chamber

Standard 1/8" (11 gauge) 304 stainless steel inner-chamber, with optional thickness up to 0.25" (3 gauge)

Platinum Resistance RTD

Accurate and long lasting Platinum Resistance Temperature Detectors are all that are used in our Cryotron Machines.
